Nichols and Company has been a real pleasure to work with in pretty much every way we could have foreseen. We own a landscape company and we met with Gwen Nichols two years ago because we knew her from church and had heard of her reputation. She was articulate and professional. The atmosphere in the office was really different...pleasant and happy. Her staff were very patient and helpful in explaining to us and straightening out what turned out to be a total mess that Mattison, Yoder and Company had been made of the tax preparation for our family company, Miller Landscapes of Westerville. The first year Nichols & Co discovered that we had overpaid by more than $ 25,000 in sales tax to Delaware county over the previous 11 years. And they guided us through filing an appeal with Delaware co. to get some of it back. There were several other complicated mistakes they got.corrected for us and helped us with new proceedures for our accounting. I’m not a numbers guy, I do landscaping. But I’m glad we have Nichols looking out for us regarding our tax liability. We now have them doing our personal taxes also. I highly recommend them. More...
