What do you love most about your job?
Creating winning strategies to make my clients more competitive, differentiated, and more than anything, more confident by teaching them how to own their own strategy.
I love inspiring people and helping to bring out the most in each person of a team and working to break down barriers with team members through open communication and a focus on personal and professional development.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always had a 'side' business as it gave me the freedom to express ideas exactly the way I envisioned them. Working for small to large companies over the last 3 decades, building global business, interacting with international cultures, and negotiating large agreements has given me a perspective that is now greatly rewarding in working with small to mid-sized businesses. I love making a difference in businesses, especially in helping individuals grow to their potentials.

It is my personal and professional objective to create a night/day difference in how my client companies respond to opportunities in their professional fields and work diligently to make each member of the business more powerful.
