Susan was amazing! After scanning the internet for names of JPs in Nashua, Susan was the first person we picked to chat with, and the last because we so enjoyed talking to her we didn't need to talk to anyone else. She was a pleasure to work with, flexible, and made sure that our wedding ceremony was exactly what we wanted it to be. We got many compliments on our ceremony from family and friends. A+ service! Highly recommended! My now husband J and I wanted a very small, intimate ceremony and Susan was the only JP we talked to who would even consider performing our ceremony due to the small size. We had a weather issue with the date we chose but she was way ahead of it and we reorganized our plan to avoid canceling. She kept open communication since the start and during planning, up to the day she performed the ceremony – we never had to worry whether she was going to back out on us or not. We met with multiple officiants before our wedding, and we chose Susan because of her clear love of what she does and her interest in our relationship and wedding. Susan was incredibly helpful leading up to our wedding, walking us through the process for getting a marriage license and creating the ceremony script. Susan was our Justice of the Peace at our wedding and I cannot imagine our ceremony without her! Susan came over to our house weeks prior to our wedding date. She brought her folder of vows along with her (we had already told her we were not writing our own). She talked to us about the order of the ceremony and suggested her favorites. We sat around laughing and talking about how my husband and I had met and what our relationship has been like. She told us she loved our story and that it needed to be shared at our wedding. I could tell she was thinking up some great things and I could tell she was excited to get to work on what would be said on our special day. Less than a week later I received an email with our vows and ceremony all beautifully written. Susan used her light hearted wit and compassion to transform words into something beautiful and meaningful. On our wedding day Susan arrived early and ready to go. She was professional in her appearance. She kept my husband calm while he waited. She had him laughing and smiling. She spoke clear and loud during the ceremony and used her happy lighthearted tone that felt full of respect and love for us while she spoke. She guided us quietly when we forgot what to do. I still cannot get over how helpful and thoughtful Susan was for us. I could not imagine our wedding without her! I highly highly recommend Susan to anyone who is looking for a JP that has knowledge, compassion, wit and love.
