What do you love most about your job?
I share my creativity, passion for learning and inquiry, and warm personality to help others discover new insights about themselves that inspire a sense of possibility. People will experience energy and excitement because I provide alignment to reach for their highest self, where they feel confident and have a strong sense of Purpose. I love this work because I have the opportunity to empower and inspire others to do what they do best.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Starting my own coaching practice is aligned with my Strengths and allows me to pursue my own individual Purpose statement. I want to serve others and have an impact by helping individuals recognize and cultivate their own Strengths in work and life. I enjoy the autonomy and creativity involved with running my own business.

I also had a very successful career in top 5 management consulting where I had a variety of roles such as project manager, program manager, business analyst, and data strategist.
