Sean and Art are one of the most knowledgable and helpful realtors I've come across. I was previously working with a realtor who literally set me up on "auto listing emails" for any new home that came on the market and that pretty much summed up her assistance and efforts in helping me find a home.  Having worked directly with Art, he's not only very hands on but has also gone out of his way to research if the home was in an airport or freeway zone.  He'd also go out of his way to see if the electrical panel, plumbing and roof were in good shape and would give me estimates on what it would cost if it wasn't. These guys are so on top of it.  Besides the fact that they're super professional and detail oriented, their primary concern from day 1 interacting with them has been the best interest of me and my family, throughout the entire real estate transaction.  They give you real advice, and thorough market research and feedback on your property.  The entire process has been a joy and just so comfortable.. Sevan and Artin are truly amazing people that really care about you and your needs. They are both dedicated, hard-working, and enthusiastic which are hard qualities to find in the industry. My husband and I just bought our first home and we couldn't have found our perfect home without them. We were extremely difficult to deal with because we were picky about everything (we knew it too). Nevertheless, Sevan and Artin demonstrated the upmost patience and kindness to us.  If we were unsure about a particular home or if we lost a home because someone outbid us, they were working even harder to find us something better.
