Siobhan just recently held her Eden Medicine 101 & 102 at Blossoming Soul in Monmouth Beach, the energy created and that was left behind in the space was warm and sweet. The cultivation of intentional positive energy is essential to wellness and it illuminates from her as she teaches. I have attended EM 101 and 102. Both were very rich in information that was presented in a way that made it practical to use right away. Siobhan is an amazing teacher who not only presents the information well but also is able to answer questions. Just finished my Intro Class to T'ai Chi Chih and I had a wonderful time. I had taken T'ai Chi before and do not like it but this class was great. Siobhan is a great instructor and a wonderful person. I found that T'ai Chi Chih helped with my being more balance and helped in movement of the joints. This really is Joy of Movement!!!!
