I think what makes this place so good is how much they listen to their customers.  If the customers come in and say a supplement is crap, they take it off the shelves.  The staff knows so much about the products which is great because if you have ever walked into some other supplement stores, the employees don't know much at all.  The folks at Next Level live it and breathe it.  I like all of the variety to what they offer.  It's also cool that I have never walked in and been treated poorly.  One of many reasons why I have been a customer for years. This store is one of the best things that's happened to me along my fitness journey. I've been here twice now, both times encountered the same employee. He is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He greets each customer and makes sure he helps everyone with whatever they need. I must say that I was vert skeptical of sport nutrition stores.  Only being familiar with places like GNC, I thought I was going to be walking in to the same place.  Next Level is better than that.  They are selling products that they know work and can show results.  Everything is out in the open.  You're not walking down several aisles to try and find your products.  I came in to get my body measurements as part of the Baptist Health Performance Training 10 Week program.  Rilee took the time to walk me through the process, what was going on and what the results were.  She listened to what I had to say and was able to point me in the right direction of what I needed for this 10 week program.  Even at checkout, she was able to give me a couple samples to try.  That says a lot right there.I go back in a couple weeks for measurements again and already looking forward to see what new items they have for me. After reading the review,  the co owner of Next Level personally reached out to my bf to try to remedy any concerns or problems the we have encountered.  It is nice to see that owners of businesses,  especially small ones, are invested in reviews and want to make their customers happy. It is also nice to know that although the Dixie Highway location may not be as large as the other 2 stores, hence less shelf space, that they will do their best to have what is needed or requested shipped to that store for pick up. This has been my favorite business since my husband introduce me to your Hurstbourne location, but it’s says something about the employees and the type of business they run when you run in shortly after realizing you have left your wallet at home and can’t buy any BCAA’s you really need. They are the Chick-fil-A of supplement shops!!! There customer service is excellent. Everyone I have ever spoke to there has so much knowledge on supplements. They also seem to have a lot of supplements in stock that you can't seem to find anywhere else.
