What inspired you to start your own business?
I saw that many IT staffing firms knew nothing about IT. Our recruiters come from an IT Background and know IT. We now learned how to recruit for Financial, Sales, and Executive roles too.

We have our own proprietary database we developed over the last 11 years. Furthermore, we buy six other databases yearly so you do not have to: Dice, Monster, Careerbuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter. We spend over $200k a year on databases so you do not have to.
We also invest our time in finding the best people for you so you can go back to doing whatever makes you great. We invest our time and resources.
Oh, did I mention our search is free? Yes, our search is 100% FREE. You only pay our fee of 20% of base salary, if we staff the role for you. If we send you 10 people and you do not hire any of them, then nothing is owed.
