Alex was great! He responded to my request promptly, came in to give a a quote and then came back a few days later when we decided to hire him. I work for a small office with an apartment upstairs, Alex arrived and got the work done with no questions asked. He even changed a lightbulb for us and asked if we wanted a section of the ceiling scrubbed since he could reach it easily. He really went above and beyond and I cant' tell you what relief it is to work with someone who just arrives, gets the work done, and leaves.
