Very pleased with the cleaning of our carpets. I didn't expect that the spilled wood stain on the guest bedroom carpet would get cleaned as a previous carpet cleaner was unable to remove it. Voila! I'm very happy with the service and the results of New Sunrise's carpet cleaning.  It was good to know that they apply their package pricing per room, when one room needs more attention than others.  I appreciated that I was quoted the Premium Package for three rooms when I didn't know if I would need one of the upgraded packages for a room that worse than the other two.  The nice thing is I didn't feel they were trying to up-sell me and charge as much as possible.  I was also given good advice for stain treatments, which didn't involve purchasing products from them.  Most of experiences in the past with other companies involved up-selling and product sales that weren't worth the added expense.The online scheduling and Saturday appointment availability is a plus for me, too.I will call on Salvadore to clean our carpets again. Emergency cleaning needed after I woke up to a sick doggy roaming the house! Sunrise Cleaning responded to by message after a couple hours and was super responsive. Lucky for me, they were available today and were able to come only an hour and a half after they spoke. Eddy and his brother came to clean my carpet. They scrubbed the doo doo, sprayed odor control and got it all cleaned up in about 45 minutes! My carpet looks fantastic. Got my living room, hallway and bedroom cleaned for $100. We needed to have our carpets cleaned after we moved out of our rental and New Sunrise was recommenced by our realtor. I was impressed from the start. They have a very modern system that sends you texts and emails with quotes, appointment confirmations and updates. Our tech, Eddie called me in advance to let me know they would arrive a little after their scheduled time which was much appreciated. After I let him in, I showed him the house and he said they could lock up when they were done so I didn't have to hang around. He texted me about an hour later when they were finished.  I was a little worried about the quality of their work because they had 6 rooms of carpet to clean and that seemed super fast.
