What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The best program is the one you stick to. It's not a magic formula of sets and reps, Its not a certain workout routine, what does matter is that you believe in the process. While it might be challenging, and you might not be "good" at it at first, consistency will get you results.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people do things they never thought they would be able to do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My life goal is to help people become better people. In order to do this I need a job that is flexible enough to be able to build my brand and spread my love for healthy living. Personal training allows me to be flexible and also help people become better people. I listened to many podcasts about individuals that started their own business. Their stories, and the pride that they had in their accomplishment also inspired me.
