My name is Sin Yin Edwards and I'm a French-born Chinese woman living in Dallas, Texas. My given name is written 新颜, which translates to New Color. I was given this beautiful name by my father and it's the perfect way to describe my coaching practice.
I started my corporate career in IT business development in Paris, which was followed by over a decade in talent acquisition in Hong Kong.
While working as a headhunter, I derived great pleasure from helping my candidates succeed in their careers. I also took pride when they confided in me about struggles in their personal lives, even though I lacked the proper training to assist them. I then discovered coaching and the Co-Active model.
Now fully licensed, I love coaching people in all aspects of their lives, whether it’s helping them tackle personal obstacles or professional challenges.
I draw strength and inspiration from my multicultural and expat background, having grown up in Paris, worked in Hong Kong and now living in Dallas.

Seeing my clients achieve balance and happiness in their lives brings me great joy and satisfaction. I'd be delighted to explore ways that we can work together.
