I had a bit of an emergency with my furnace so naturally I called the local professionals. As soon as they opened, 8am, I got an estimated time of arrival between 9a and 12p. The tech arrived 9am sharp and had the part for replacement in his van and was also able to repair a couple of other minor issues that I wasn't aware. Being that I also have a service agreement, I was discounted the price for the parts (only after I had forgotten all about the SA and NAH&AC refunded the difference.) Just outstanding. More...

New Albany Heating and Air is the best! They have installed and serviced our current heat pump and resolved any issues promptly. We have a new construction home and they installed everything for the heat pump and saved us $3,000 from another local vendor bid. When we needed the new home heat pump to run over the weekend (the day of installation) in order to warm the floors for a wood floor installation, they worked well into the evening to get it going for us on a Friday night! They have helped me this week get all the paperwork needed to get a $700 REMC rebate. I can't say enough good things about them. You won't go wrong in using them for all your heat and air needs.
