I’ve been coming to New Age on and off for a few years now and I cannot say I’ve had a bad experience here. They have been more than accommodating with my very busy work schedule and they give very high quality massages. Their massage therapy always help get my back, neck, shoulders and legs in working order for my very physically demanding job, for an affordable price! They take into account where you need work done as well as they severity of the pressure you would like applied each time you make an appointment, which is not something most other places do in my experience. They also always gift you a bottle of water after the massage to help with rehydration after all the muscle work. The tables are always well kept and clean, and the table is always a comfortable temperature which is nice during the colder months for sure! I personally have bad allergies so I am naturally stuffed up most of the time and they always let me blow my nose or sit up to clear my sinuses if need be which is very courteous as well. I also have never had a masseuse be rude or anything of that nature. I highly recommend checking this place out if given the chance, you won’t regret it! More...

My experience was fantastic! I received a lymphatic massage i.e. post op surgery. Great customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would - as we had a bad experience and no massage. Booked a massage for my daughter and I for her birthday. We both took the day off work to make a day of it. We were told that we would receive a call or text the night before. When we didn't, I just thought it was an oversite. We arrived for our appointment the building was closed. I called and was told that they were closed. Rich had taken our name down for the appointment, but said it was open because I hadn't confirmed. When I called to make the appointment and it was in the books, I thought that was confirmation enough. We are both really disappointed because the Spa had high reviews on Google. Warning to people going here for the first time: call and schedule your appointment and then call to verify the day before and the day of or you just may have an experience like ours. Amendment: On 2/3, a representative from the company reached out to me personally to do their best to rectify the situation.
