Everything about my experience with NeuroSpa staff and Dr Elahi has been five stars. I was referred to them by a trusted friend who was raving about her results. I live in San Diego was driving to OC just to see them. The office is beautifully designed and high tech. The front office is very professional and sweet. Dr Elahi took the time to explain every step in detail and answered all my questions in advance. After only 2 sessions I started to see a big improvement. I am so happy now that I am off my medication and don't need to make time for monthly doctors appointments. Highly recommend them! More...

WOWWW! Â Please take note: Dr. Ali Elahi is a MIRACLE WORKER! If I were able to give him 125 stars, I would! As a stage 4 breast cancer survivor and also having experienced exceptional pain with a very torn right rotator cuff & the surgery that followed, the excruciating pain I had been experiencing for the last eight weeks previous to seeing doctor was the worst I had experienced in a lifetime. With his profound care, brilliance in his care & profession & pristine technology, in one incredibly detailed Consult and nerve block session, he was able to correct a previous scary misdiagnosis, correct it to a manageable one, & most importantly, take my debilitating excruciating pain and drop it to a tolerable and mild level. I am forever grateful for his care and his excellence in his profession. His office is stunningly beautiful, truly a Spa experience, and office staff second to none. I went to four different audiologists and read every article I could on Tinnitus and was told there was little I could do. Fortunately I discovered Neurospa and it's been a godsend for me. I am in love with the results of this practice. I have known and been treated by Dr. Elahi for about six years now. I have been a patient of his at this office and also at his other location. He and his team have always been very welcoming, professional and understanding of my needs. Upon entering this office, you'll notice that it is very very clean modern. It was very welcoming and very easy to find. Dr Elahi and his staff are wonderful!!! Our 9 year old son did neurofeedback, TMS and neurotracker at his Center. The staff was super helpful and patient to our son and always made sure he felt comfortable before starting any sessions. Dr Elahi always took the time to talk to us and have all of our questions answered. He saw great improvements in his motor skills, specifically great eye hand coordination when playing tennis. In terms of behavior, our son would get upset pretty quickly and have big reactions/meltdowns anywhere. With the combination of neurofeedback and TMS his mood improved dramatically, now he is able to control better his emotions and recover quickly when upset. It is truly no exaggeration to say the neuro feedback and TMS treatment at Neurospa is probably the single best investment I have ever made. I suffer from bipolar disorder and had been dealing with about a year long clinical depression even with the aid of psychotropic drugs. I also found it incredibly difficult to plan anything. I was almost convinced I needed to go join a 12 step program because my life with so unmanageable. But It didn't have anything to do with my being addicted to anything. I now know is because of the way my brain was functioning, or malfunctioning I should say.I don't understand all the inner workings of the brain nor do i want to. When I can tell you is I feel like an entirely different person. My depression has really subsided over the period of a few short weeks and for the first time in my life I am feeling like I can actually handle life. It's no longer daunting. I finally feel like my life is manageable and I'm not even done with my treatment yet.If that weren't enough the entire staff is very courteous and professional. This office and Dr. Elahi have been life-changing for me! Â I cannot say more good things about the professionalism and knowledge Dr. Elahi has. Â He has been able to treat my depression with no medication!! Â I had no idea there was such a treatment modality!! Â Dr. Elahi has amazing bedside manner and he really LISTENS to you. Â Unfortunately so many doctors these days are so rushed to see so many patients and fill out electronic forms that we have lost the art of doctor-patient relationship. Â You won't be treated like that here. Â The staff have all been amazing also. Â Very caring and trained staff to run all the diagnosed TMS sessions and also very friendly! This is the 3rd week we are working with Dr Elahi and the amazing staff at Neurospa brain rejuvenation center doing TMS treatments and Neurofeedback. My son who has had problem focusing on subjects both in school and in his daily activities is now doing such an amazing job with his grades. His teachers are beyond happy with his performance and they even congratulated me on how great it is to have him listen and focus. He is even improving in his piano lessons and social skills and even made new friends. And, we are not even done with our treatment. Today was my first session at NeuroSpa. Walking in I was greeted by the friendly staff. No need to do extensive paperwork as they provide the forms in advance online, which is a big convenience. They started off putting a device on my head which measured brain waves and the fascinating exercise began. I was told to look at the screen and make the airplane go thru the rings in the sky by willing it to. At first it was frustrating but then I started to get the hang of it. In the end the doctor provided me with scores and what I can do better for the next session.The second game was more fun imho. You put 3D glasses on and chase tennis balls on the screen. If you identify it propelry the speed increases. Altogether it was a great learning experience and I would recommend it for anyone young or old who is interested in cognitive enhancement without the use of drugs or other stimulants. More...

I was impressed with Dr. Elahi and his staff at the NeuroSpa.  I went there to have brain mapping to understand my sleep and anxiety problems.  The brain mapping was very easy and so relaxing I fell asleep during it and it took about 30 minutes.  The results were ready a few minutes later and the doctor, who is a neurologist, reviewed it.  He identified some areas in the brain  I might want to consider having Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation or TMS, that is FDA approved and he explained to me could enhance specific areas of the brain without pain, meds, or side effects.  It is amazing to think this kind of advanced treatment is available today without toxic dyes,radiation,  or surgical procedure.  I recommend going there to check this out!
