What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is helping people get through a tough spot in their life, and teaching them how they operate as a human being. I LOVE the transformation that my clients experience!!
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my own business is that at one point in time, I was in a very low place as well. I hired a life coach to help guide me and it changed my life completely. So much so, that I knew that life coaching was my calling and that I wanted others to experience the same transformation that I did :)
Why should our clients choose you?
Life coaching is no doubt the way forward if you want more in your life. I provide personal accountability and I teach and coach from a neuroscientific prospective.
And, we have fun while doing it!!
1:1 Coaching
My program includes 16 personal 1:1 calls that involve neurological teaching and coaching to help you finally break out of your behavioral patterns that are causing you so much stress and frustration.
Accountability
I create a safe space for you to voice your thoughts and struggles and challenges.
Once you are able to get your words out of your head, I create an accountability space for you to then craft your goals, ideas, and dreams, and you are able to put an action plan in place!
4-Month Program
I offer a 4-month program designed to give you the accountability and support that you need to address and solve your specific challenges and issues.
