NeuroArkitect is a coaching company that offers WHOLE life coaching, addressing each and every facet of an individual's life - personal growth and development, mental/emotional health and performance, nervous system regulation, individualized nutrition, spiritual growth, fitness, physical health and wellbeing.

To live a whole life and be a true agent of change and transformation in both your own life and at the collective level, we believe THAT requires at the same time making sure to support someone in developing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual fitness so that they can show up wholly to do what it is they're most called to do.

We not only provide support with general life coaching - working through problems, processing and integrating them, addressing mindset, and creating goals and action plans - but work similarly to optimize lifestyle as a whole in order to really facilitate the greatest degree of health, transformation, and performance.

We provide both guidance, and at the same time, teach you different tools and processes so that you can have more personal authority, agency, and overall sovereignty in your life, and have all that you might need to continue forward without having to depend on any external help.

With each client we optimize the nervous system to improve levels of stress and anxiety. We lower inflammation. We improve sleep. Help to balance hormones. Improve overall physical health and fitness. Working through any stumbling blocks, self sabotage, false or limiting beliefs and patterns of behavior. Getting clear on life goals, life purpose. We improve overall lifestyle, communication, relationships. And help you go further inward inside yourself and engage in true personal growth and development.
