I would recommend this business in a heartbeat!!Eric removed a nasty white face hornet nest within 24 hours of my call, on a hot Sunday morning in July to boot. He was prompt, diligent and caring. John called me immediately to set up an appointment, he was very nice and reassuring about being able to solve my ant issue. I voiced concerns about my dog being sensitive to pesticides, but he assured me everything they were using was very safe. They guy who came to spray, I forget his name because I suck, Eric maybe? Well he was great. Super friendly to my dog, arrived right on time and got the job done. I placed a request on a Sunday morning, 30 minutes later I received a call from NEPA Pest control. I discussed the issue at hand with a new empty home that we just purchased in Damascus, PA. He stated that he would have the Eric P that would come by to do the treatment call me Monday morning to schedule a time. Eric called me and we discussed the issue of dead fly's, wasp and other bugs in the house as well as rodent droppings. He went was a true professional! Fantastic experience! The contractor called me within 30 minutes of my request thru HomeAdvisor. He was pleasant and professional, and we made an appointment for 9:30 a. m. today. He arrived at 9:30 a.m. today. He was as pleasant and professional as he was on the phone. He knew his job well and explained what he was doing and why as he worked, and gave us tips on how to avoid having mice in the house in the future. I had the unwelcoming experience with bed bugs a few months ago. I came back from a vacation (which I believe is where this started) Anyway, I had gotten 2 bites. One on my arm and one on my chest. At first I thought mosquito. Then I noticed they looked a little different and I started researching bites. They resembled bed bug bites. I have never experienced this before so I was terrified. I started checking by bed. I picked up the mattress and found a bug. I was so grossed out! I immediately started searching for a company to help me out. I really couldn't afford a huge expense at the moment. I called a local pest control company and they came to inspect my place. They couldn't find anything, but I knew what I saw. I then reached out to NEPA Pest Control and they were wonderful. I was a complete wreck thinking about the expense, along with accepting I had bed bugs. John came out quickly, and explained everything to me. I was so thankful with the price and the warranty. John was friendly and made me feel much better about the situation. John came back out to do a second treatment because I felt it needed to be done. I do not want to go through the experience again. He was very quick again and made me feel at ease with everything. I had an elderly family member who had issues with bedbugs. I had no idea what to do, as I tried to treat them myself but failed. I had no choice but to call around and get some quotes. The first company did not give me a good impression and I felt he was entirely too high, so I saw NEPA Pest Control and read about their guarantee and warranties....I called them up and made an appt for a quote. .The owner came out and thoroughly explained the procedure and explained about all the treatments he would be using and explained what we needed to do to help as well ...I felt like he was very professional and knew what he was talking about...He answered all my questions and made me feel confident he would help us. We made the deal to come and treat the bedbugs. He was very patient with my elderly family member as I was trying to get them out of house so he can treat. He came back a second time the next week. I had John come to my about 2 weeks ago because I had found bed bugs in my house. With having 2 kids and just the idea of having bed bugs I immedietely started freaking out. Freaking out over the bugs as well as the cost!!! Me and my husband were not finacially ready for this hit that we were about to take. John came in 2 days later after my initial call and inspected some more and found another bug. He reasurred me not to freak out and that he was willing to work with us since we werent expecting this burden. After agreeing he came in the next day and did his first treatment in my house and made it as easy as possible for us. After the first treatment we noticed none of us were getting bit again and he still came in and did the next treatment a week later. So far no bugs but we do check all the time just in case and he said if we see anything else to let him know and he'll come right down and do another treatment. He was very nice and even gave us a hook up for a person who sells the bed encasements that we needed to buy.
