How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We help our clients achieve their fitness goals by applying our unique methodology (Pyramid) and coaching the client towards empowerment by creating one healthy habit at a time.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Keeping the blood as clean and strong as possible will unlock your body's potential. Exercise and proper eating habits are what cleans and strengthens the blood.
What do you love most about your job?
I am a Natural Healer. I enjoy seeing the Person grow. Whether it's gaining more control over their condition, losing weight or getting stronger, there are countless battles fought and experiences shared. Both me and my clients become better people together. They teach me so much! There's no one I've met whom I couldn't help!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started the Neighborhood Health Group, LLC (NHG) because I grew up in a VERY unstable and unsafe environment. During these years, I learned how to become strong. Later on, I learned that I was good at helping others overcome.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am extremely perceptive. I focus on your goals and challenges and together we build a bridge. You will learn and have a solid foundation to build from once you go on your way. Our goal is to TURN ON YOUR LIGHT, not keep you looking for it.

Post the advent of the COVID 19 pandemic, NHG has been hard at work to offer secure, stable telehealth solutions in these uncertain times.
Personal Training
You are stronger than you know. Personal training here in the Neighborhood Health Group, LLC (NHG) is an empowering experience. Personal training here is offered using the Pyramid Exercise Therapy Module or PET. Pyramid Exercise Therapy is a system of exercise which trains the body to manage and master the forces of gravity and oxygen with the life force. PET was developed to train the body to face any challenge soundly while maximizing its ability to regenerate (or heal).
Yoga Therapy
You are more powerful than you know. Therefore, balance is ESSENTIAL. Yoga Therapy in the Neighborhood Health Group, LLC (NHG) is heavily influenced by the traditional Ashtanga practice, vinyasa flow, mantra and meditation. Life is yoga. We practice yoga to cultivate ourselves. Finding the power within to change our experience through ourselves. Yoga Therapy is highly effective for pain and stress management as well as for anxiety and intimacy issues. Healing is inspired when the Mind is released and the Soul is accessed.
