Nirman is great trainer. He doesn’t help with just training but also help building the right mindset with right encouraging words and lectures which motivates me to do better. He can’t track my food but he tracks my performance based on my food intake so if I’m performing bad at the gym he knows its Bcz of my food or sleep habits. So he genuinely puts his attention on my workout 🏋️‍♀️ and indirectly my day to day routine.

He is a great trainer on can have. I highly recommend him for fitness. More...

I started training with Nefolifit and I lost 35 lbs. I never felt better and stronger in my entire life. The program he designed combining strength and functional training helped me to loose fat and develop muscles faster… I am continuing to train becoz he makes it fun and everyday I am seeing improvements… thank you so much
