I have now been a customer at Neeta’s for over 5 years and can sincerely say that they are hands down the best salon and spa around. Firstly, the place is always sparkling clean and very professional, which are both important to me. The staff is super friendly and inviting, they always make you feel comfortable and greet you with a smile. Their services are excellent and prices are quite reasonable. I have personally gotten and continue to get facials, haircut and color, waxing, eyebrow threading, hair and make up regularly. Everyone at Neeta’s goes above and beyond to get to know you and work with you to determine the best services for you. I have always received numerous compliments every time I have used them for my special occasions, especially, hair and make up. Even for your day to day beauty needs, they never rush you and provide the best beauty recommendations according to your skin. Their products are hygienic, organic and of superior quality. I checked out Neeta's beauty salon this week after work and was very pleasantly surprised by this new neighborhood gem. I work at Waltham in the apparel store and had received their flyer last week. I stopped in during my lunch break to check it out and was very warmly greeted by a blonde woman named Neeta. I believe she may have been the owner. She gave me a tour and showed me their service offering, prices, told me a little about her background. Right off the bat - it was a great impression. I didn't have any time to get anything done so I made an appointment for later in the evening after work. I did by eyebrow threading and Waxing, she recommended I start with a "Aloe Vera facial" I hadn't had one in ages so I figured why not treat myself in light of the new year. I wasn't sure what to expect exactly, all I knew is that I didn't want to come out of it looking like a tomato. Sure enough, it was fabulous! She started with cleansing, moved on to some fancy facial massages that seem to have taken years off my face. It was warm and invigorating. I definitely feel a change in my skin and its texture. The treatment was $80 plus full body waxing but I got a discount of eyebrow threading was free.It was all together a great experience and Neeta's Heritage Salon is definitely a great new addition to our Moody street, Waltham neighborhood. I am absolutely in love with this Salon. My friend recommended me and I got my haircut from Maria, waxing from Reenu and threading from Dhara. i got a ton of compliments on my haircut. I've been a client of Neeta's Heritage Threading Salon since they opened. This place is one of the very few clean Salon who cares about customer service. The service that was provided was outstanding. From hair washing, styling, color, waxing, and even a complimentary hand massage. My experience was truly great. They did a remarkable transformation. I am extremely persnickety and yet super pleased with her absolutely relaxing Facials and expertise in Hair color. What distinguishes her facials from most others is her genuine interest in understanding your skin. Doing the research for the next time you are there, her passion far supercedes her products. More or less the same goes for hair color. Talking for myself, she combined, research, art and science along with her passion to deliver what I wanted and gently steered me away from what might not go with my skin and bone structure.
