It's our first time to file in their Estudillo branch and luckily we had Dhakshini the owner herself who assisted us and we couldn't be more grateful for her extra mile and excellent service! She was very knowledgeable which was very helpful for newbies like me! She was hands on in answering every question even after hours and in her full potential have us the best maximum refund we can get and file appropriately! 5 stars for a highly satisfactory service and smooth efficient transaction! She was also very pleasant to talk with, customer service on point I felt I gained a friend in her! These folks are terrific. They cost less than other tax preparers and they have rare communication skills. They answer their phones. They send out materials promptly. My tax preparer in prior years, part owner Susan Toleffson was great but she never wanted to meet in person. This current change of ownership is exceptionally personable, kind, and patient and that's why I don't mind driving out from San Francisco in heavy traffic to meet with them. They listen, they advise, they recommend and I never feel criticized or judged. It's a great way to do business, in fact they operate their business like I operate my organizing business-- with exceptional care and attention to the client! Recently switched to Neeka and I highly recommend them! My last CPA was unresponsive, disorganized, and made several mistakes making it necessary to switch companies. Despite it being in the middle of the busy tax season, Neeka was able to take my case and complete it so quickly. They have a straightforward online portal but whenever I emailed them with questions they responded that same day. My taxes were filed early and they amended the errors on my previous year's taxes so that I received even more on my return- didn't know that was even possible! I agree with Nancy Z:  more than five stars.  For Dhakshini...limitless stars.  There is no other way to phrase it: I did everything possible to screw up my complicated taxes this year.  As I was actively ignoring the April 15th deadline, Neeka called and arranged for the Oct 16th extension.  I didn't have to do anything but say, yes please. When October 12th arrived, though Neeka had stayed in touch,I still hadn't done a thing and felt sick about it. That day, without my contacting her, Dhakshini emailed me and said we could still do it and set-up a dropbox. She worked through the week-end, including the evenings. She was patient, precise, and always there with an answer to my sweaty questions. It is Oct. 15th.  My difficult taxes are done, they are solid, and I'm...elated.
