What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job , is that I can continue to serve my country thourgh commerical cleaning, I can provide jobs for my fellow brothers and sisters who's coming home and need employment right away. Also it gives me a chance to provide for my family as well.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The inspiration behind me starting my own business, is my family and my community.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have take safe classes on Covid-19 prevention/awareness.
Floor Cleaning Services
We will inspect the floor(s) to determine the correct solution to use for the hardwood floors, laminated floors, etc for MOPPING PURPOSE.
Vacuuming or sweeping will be determined by the floor surface and area space.
Dusting Services
Here at NDACS,LLC we are trained to apply two techniques when it comes to dusting . Wet and dry dusting .
Wet Dusting - is when we take a damp micro-fiber cloth with cleaning solution(Pledge) and wipe the surface.
Dry Dusting - is when we use a feather duster or dry micro - fiber cloth to wipe surface area.
Window Services
Here at NDACS,LLC we are trained to do interior and exterior of windows and store fronts, glass doors, large mirrors, etc. WE use a windex base solution for cleaning the glass surfaces.
Bathroom Services
Here at NDACS,LLC are trained to clean bathrooms from corner to corner .
Urinal(s )/ Toilet Bowl(s) are scrubbed and wiped from top to bottom with Clinging Toilet Bowl Cleaner.
Sink(s) are wiped down with Bathroom surface disinfectant Cleaner.
Floors are swept and mop daily with Floor Science Neutral Floor Cleaner.
Dusting for cobwebs in corners under the sinks.
Breakroom Services
Here at NDACS,LLC we offer Breakroom services as well.
Surface Cleaning - All surfaces are wipe w/Multi- Surface disinfectant cleaner.
Cleaning interior and exterior of the microwave(s) with Multi- Surface disinfectant cleaner w/micro-fiber cloth.
Trash removal - All trash bags will be replaced.
Baseboards wiped 2x monthly.
Daily the floor will be Swept and mopped w/ Floor Science Neutral Floor Cleaner.
General Office Space / Waiting Room Area
For General Office Space we provide the following services:
Surfaces / Doors are wiped down daily.
Floor Cleaning of all office space (Mopping/Sweeping/Vacuuming).
Window Cleaning of all office space windows / glass surfaces.
Dusting (Wet/Dry) all desktops, bottom/back chairs, baseboards, corners(high/low).
Lobby / Stairwells / Elevators Cleaning Services
The following services are offered below :
LOBBY SERVICES
Surfaces / Doors are wiped down daily
Floor Cleaning of all office space (Mopping/Sweeping/Vacuuming)
Window Cleaning of all office space windows / glass surfaces.
Dusting (Wet/Dry) all desktops, bottom/back chairs, baseboards, corners(high/low).
STAIRWELLS
Wiped down handrails daily w/ multi-purpose cleaning disinfectant.
Sweep or vacuum and mop stairwells daily.
Wiped down door handles.
Clean Mirrors or dust any fixtures in the stairwell.
ELEVATORS
Wiped down handrails , buttons, and doors with Chrome cleaner.
Vacuum,sweep,mop floor surface inside of the elevator(s).
Trash removal replaces any used trash bags within trash can(s).
