I spent more than 7 years with hip and back pain. After I turned 50 things really went downhill with my back. I was unable to sleep, garden or golf without pain. Everyday activities like cleaning the house were almost impossible. This spring I was going to give my husband some training sessions with Nate to help his golf game, unfortunately he decided to have hip replacement so I started the workouts instead. It changed my life! I have NO back pain. Last weekend I worked in the yard for 16 hours and golfed 18 holes! Zero back pain! He gave me my life back!!!! Totally amazing program!
