I meet Chief Navi at the taste of Edmonds while we were both judging the food. He has a Great Personality. He told me about his Catering Kitchen. I checked out his facilities and then scheduled my Wife's 50th surprise birthday party. The appetizers and food was spectacular. Accompanied with the Beer and wine package with dessert the event was Awesome!! The facilities are very clean and nice. It is a perfect place if you have a small event. There is not a lot of small event places available unless you rent a Church, Event center or reserve a restaurant in the area. Navi's Kitchen is filling a needed Niche for small events in the area. I hired Chef Navi to cook for a small dinner party (9 people) at my home for my clients plus my family. The menu had to be gluten, dairy and egg free due to my daughter's allergies. The food was amazing and my clients were super impressed -- each of them asking for his business card. Thereafter, we through a party for 100 friends with the same diet restrictions. Our experience with Navi and his family and staff at Navi’s Catering Kitchen was perfect. The family was so kind and gracious and welcoming and made us feel better about sharing their table with them because they were so happy we were there with them. The staff was helpful and friendly and welcoming. I typically don’t eat out due to digestive issues stemming from over-spiced food. Navi’s food was very well-spiced in that it was a warm and gentle spice flavor that still allowed the natural flavor of the food item be tasted and enhanced. Our organization hired Navi’s catering back in May for our gala. They delivered our delicious food and even offered to help us set up and anything we needed. Our order was for delivery only. They could have dropped off and left. Navi’s catering has great customer service ad the food was amazing. In addition, he included extra meat and cheese tray to help our nonprofit theatre, Edmonds Driftwood Players. We are very lucky to have such support and community minded business. Chef Navi and his team were awesome to work with for our wedding. As someone who's never worked with a catering team before, I didn't really know what to expect, and they went above and beyond. They worked with us to make sure we had what we needed in order to decorate our space (they dropped off linens the night before so they were waiting for us early the next morning) and they took over the rest. When we entered the hall, we were amazed at how it all came together-- largely thanks to the catering team! Chef Navi's food is delicious-- we heard compliments all night. We had requested a pescatarian/ vegetarian menu, and our guests (many vegetarian/ vegan) appreciated that there were tasty options and everyone found something they could enjoy. I especially liked the curry lentil balls and stuffed bell peppers. The staff was incredibly friendly, and always came by our table to see if we needed anything. They were resourceful in putting out extra flowers when our additional vases weren't found right away. Clean up was a dream. Navi's Catering service was outstanding! The food was excellent to taste, was served in elegant manner, and well paced during the reception. Appetizers were delicious and people who served them did so with a smile. Navi's Catering Kitchen is fantastic!!! Navi was recommended by the Edmonds Yacht Club where our event was scheduled.We were planning a Celebration of Life for a family member. In addition to celebrating her life we wanted to help raise funds for The Clearity Foundation for Ovarian Cancer. We choose Navi and his team for several reasons.Navi and Carly worked with us to plan an hors d’oeuvres buffet with beverages, wine and beer for a Sunday afternoon. The food was excellent, plentiful, very appealing visually, and flavorable, covering a wide range of appetites.From start to finish Navi, Carly and all of his staff were there for us. We didn't have to worry about a thing, from set-up to clean-up and everything in between. We hired Chef Navi to cater my daughter's wedding. The menu had to include carnivores, dairy free and gluten free options, as well as vegan guests. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Navi and his team at an event in Seattle they catered. First off, the food is absolutely phenomenal. It is easy to tell when food is made with love and detail, and Navi's team sure nailed it. Not only is the food incredible, the presentation of the food is imaginative and inviting. I managed to convince Navi to pack me a to-go container of their hummus because I knew i'd be craving it later (it barely made it 1 hour in my fridge). I am a huge fan of family run businesses who are passionate about their practice and skills, and Navi's Catering Kitchen exceeds all this. Would HIGHLY recommend. Navi catered my daughter's wedding in April 2019. Navi's combination of professionalism, skill and warmth made for a truly wonderful experience from beginning to end, despite discovering on arrival that the kitchen provided by the venue was less than "commercial".  While our dinner was only for 30, Navi accommodated numerous dietary considerations.  He provided gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options  which seamlessly complimented a wonderful PNW focused menu.  The food was amazing.
