I had went to several consultations with others and was not pleased. When I was referred to Natural Perception Salon.... I knew from the moment I walked in this would be My final stop. I was greeted by Ms. Eleanor who spoke with me and gave me information about my hair that no one had even mentioned and for that reason I knew then that they really cared about the health of my hair. My Consultant Ms. Cookie Shooks was amazing and I love her to death. She was very professional from day 1 of my consultation to end of my appointments. She worked with me on my work schedules to get my hair finished and I must say I'm glad that chose Natural Perceptions Salon. Not only is this salon beautiful & clean but it was very quiet & relaxing. I looked forward to being there and was not hurried to get out. Ms. Eleanor took the time to come speak with me about my journey and answered all the questions I had. Ms. Shooks took her time in completing my hair & I am VERY PLEASED....
I now have a true professional Loctician for life.

I love this place and the ladies: Eleanor and Cookie are beyond great! They listen to all my shenanigans and even laugh. Lol. Plus, your appointment time is always respected- 99% of the time when you come in, you sit directly in the chair. And don't be late. Once or twice, I waited for no more than 10 minutes.
