I offer new perspectives, using my background in medical science, plant medicine, the study of scriptural texts, and energy healing to help explain spiritual concepts, energy, and frequency. This can make life easier to embrace and helps you to realize how much we really do have the ability to create our own heaven (or hell) on earth through our thoughts, words, and what we choose to believe. As adults, we get to now choose what we believe based on what makes the most sense to us and brings us the most peace. I guide you in uncovering those beliefs which no longer serve you, helping you to discover how life challenges can be viewed and moved through in new ways.
I am a Reiki Master and a Healing Path of the Rose Energy Practitioner, which allows us to work within the energy body, as well as the physical and mental bodies during our sessions. In addition, I am trained in Erotic Blueprint Breakthrough Coaching, which, if of interest to you, enables me to help you to work within the empowering concepts of sacred sexuality. I do not coach on sexual techniques, rather I help you to embrace and understand how you (and if applicable, your partner) are wired sexually. Comprehending the sacredness and power of sexual energy can enable you to move beyond feeling sexually starved or stagnant to fulfillment. I am also trained in the Accelerated Evolution techniques which can help you to release trauma.
When you work with me, I also will coach you in ways to detoxify and nourish your physical body. It's clear that if our bodies are malnourished, burdened with toxins, and inflamed, dis-ease in the body occurs, and it is extremely difficult to move beyond survival mode into finding fulfillment and living one's life purpose. In addition to being a registered nurse, I am a certified colon hydrotherapist. I help my clients to detoxify and provide the body with the highest frequency foods possible and to understand why this is key to living one's fullest potential.
Those who are drawn to work with me are ready for a change, they are waking up, and ready to do some deep work. I look forward to connecting with you!
