Phenomenal! I called a few days before my birthday. I needed an extra hand since I had 30 plus people over. Last minute my bartender suddenly had to leave and Tawana went above and beyond by herself. She kept a great composer, tackled any job from setting up for the event, serving drinks, appetizers, cleaning things along the way and making good sure everything was running smoothly from 530pm- 1130pm. Remarkable! I needed someone last minute to help cater my party of 30+ people. I was asked my expectations and proper attire during initial call. Antwana was very prompt and helped out in every way from unloading the catered food, setting up, heating & serving appetizers, drinks, tidying up along the way and kept a great composer through the whole night from 530pm-1130. Working with Natganic was amazing.  I had to fly down from Seattle to clean up my Mom's house, so we could put it on the market.  It had become quite run down over the last several years and needed a very deep cleaning.  Natganic was incredibly responsive and flexible.  They worked really well within my limited time constraints and helped me reschedule when I had some other obligations prevent me from having the house cleaned at the original time. We just moved into a new house and although clean, it had sat empty for months. Great service! Cleaned everything! My sister took pictures and it probably that clean moved in.  She they even cleaned behind the stove, and fridge, inside the fridge. ...every nook and cranny.  Being in Utah where my aging Dad lives in Florida it's difficult to know who to trust.  So I trusted my fellow Yelpers to decide where to turn.  I called a few places even though Natganics had the best reviews and Antawana called me back after hours...... I put Antawana and her cleaning companion, Hattie, up to a big job - a deep cleaning of my boyfriend's apartment, which as a young bachelor, is always a huge mess! In just 4 hours, they literally transformed a pumpkin into a carriage, so to speak. They were EXTREMELY thorough. They even cleaned the ceiling and behind the fridge!! Basically anywhere they could clean, they did! That's not something you can say about most companies who just want to get in and get out as fast as possible. You can tell they really take pride in their work, and that's really a huge plus! The experienceI called this cleaning service on Monday to set an appointment for deep cleaning service. Before the end of the day I received a call back and my appointment was scheduled for 8 AM Thursday morning. A two person cleaning crew consisting of the owner and a young man showed up exactly at 8 AM. I pointed out a couple of things, (location of linens, clean laundry I would like folded), and then I stepped back and allowed them to get to work. Four hours later my two bedroom two bath condo was thoroughly clean. --Everything was moved and replaced to sweep, vacuum, and mop the floors.  --Everything was removed off of the tops of open surfaces in all rooms, the area cleaned, and the items organized and replaced.--The ventilation fans in the bathrooms and a louvered door where the AC is kept, was full of dust, they were cleaned. --Ceiling fans cleaned.--Everything in the refrigerator was taken out, the refrigerator was cleaned, and the items were replaced.--The stove was cleaned inside and out, kitchen sink cleaned.--Linens changed in two bedrooms--I have a lot of paper clutter, this was organized into little piles for me to go through.--I have a problem with mildew in one bathroom I told them they can use my products if it would help to remove the mildew, they did not use my products and 95% of the mildew was gone (couple of tiles had little mildew, 4 exactly...yes I counted..lol).Both bathrooms we're cleaned very well.I used this cleaning service over a year ago. They did a excellent job then and I remembered the owner was a hard-working young woman. I was shocked to see the recent bad reviews on YELP and almost didn't call; but I'm happy I did. My experience with Ray from Natganic Houscleaning Service was outstanding! She came prepared and on time! Ray brought everything necessary for cleaning a two bath, two bedroom apartment.  She was somewhat thorough and extremely sweet and pleasant! The natural homemade products they use smell delicious and fresh! What I was particularly impressed with, was when she was done, the owner, Antawayna, came to the condo and did a thorough inspection that everything was cleaned and nothing missed. I have used Natganic's cleaning services three times now and have been blown away every single time. First of all, Antowana (the owner) is professional, on top of communication and accommodating to a T. Along with her staff the company is kind and thorough and always early to arrive at the house, something that is huge for me. Prices are absolutely reasonable considering the quality of work done and products used during cleaning.I've only had Antowana and her team do deep cleanings that were desperately needed and each time my expectations were completely exceeded. I'm always amazed at how much they manage to get done in such a short amount of time. The first house I had Natganic clean was done by only Antowana and it was spotless! With her team it's like mountains (of dirt) are moved! The houses are always left smelling clean as in fresh, NOT clean as in chemical or clinical. I love that everything used is organic. Antawana and her crew do the best job one could ever possibly ask for.  I read the reviews on yelp and chose to use their services.  They far exceeded expectations.  From the vent covers on the ceilings to the fan blades on the ceiling fans to part of the refrigerator I didn't even know came apart - they cleaned EVERYTHING.  I underestimated the size of my house and Antawana stayed two hours later than she had planned, meanwhile she was supposed to pick up the baby at 4pm.
