How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help clients achieve their goals by providing programming that meets them where they are and pushes them slightly over time in order to maintain compliance and dedication to the goal. I also take a holistic approach, combining stretching, cardio, resistance training, and other modalities to keep workouts fun and refreshing. I also laugh a lot during the sessions to remind them that getting to their goals can be a joyful experience, even while the body is undergoing intensity.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Developing and maintaining body positivity, gratitude, and curiosity before you take on the workouts and nutrition, rather than doing the work and waiting to feel good when the results come.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing clients overcome their negative thoughts of what they believed could not be done, and watching them celebrate each milestone towards their bigger goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working at the YMCA for several years, I wanted to strike out on my own because I wanted to bring personal training to the broader community and yet still at an affordable price.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
For those who are COVID-19 cautious, I make sure to mask for the session and keep a respectable distance of six feet. We can also conduct sessions in one of the outside spaces in the gym I train at.
