We have ordered from Nataz dozens of times, during the course of the pandemic, and the food has been consistently delicious. Tonight’s dinner, however, was out of this world. I ordered the Beach & Boat pick (Carolina crab salad) and it was by far the best I’ve ever had. The crabmeat was tender, sweet and plentiful.... perfectly paired with yellow peppers, fresh mozzarella and arugula. Huge thank you to Chef Rick and Ricky. The roasted pork entree was out of this world. The skin was crispy and as usual the pork was packed with perfectly balanced flavor. Phenomenal. I absolutely have to share the experience I had tonight with this restaurant. I called around 9:15 pm (we work late) to order take out, I guess the calls get directed to the Branford location after a certain time. (I called southington) well the girl on the phone was newer and forgot this and didn’t mention it on the phone so I went ahead and ordered. When I went to pick it up the southington location was closed, I called. She apologized profusely and said that they would deliver it!!! From Branford to southington!!! I had offered to drive out and meet them somewhere if anything, honestly I don’t care I completely understood the mistake. Not only did they deliver my food, they added not one but TWO extra deserts for the mix up, and who ever delivered my food (it had to have been the owner or a manager) was the nicest, kindest person I’ve ever met, and invited my boyfriend and I to come have dinner at the restaurant sometime. On top of ALL THAT I get home and the food is absolutely phenomenal. I mean perfect. I had a rare filet mignon and my boyfriend had the heavenly lobster. Both were amazing. Honestly I think it’s the best steak I’ve ever had and I’m very picky about my steak. We will absolutely be going back and dining in next time. I can’t thank this restaurant enough for going above and beyond for us tonight. Even made our food as they were basically closing. And the price? Forget about it, I would have paid double for just the service. I’m just so impressed. I would recommend this place to anyone. More...

I’ve been there for two private parties, one at Christmastime and one for a birthday party. The food was delish!! Fixed menus both times. First time, a ton of food just kept coming out to all 10 of us. Waitress was great. Last night, it was a party of 15 and the waitress was awesome! Food was delish!
