I could go on and on about how amazing Natalie and her program is! I’m a mom of two toddlers, full time employee, and a full time student. I have a lot on my plate and this program was perfect for my busy life. I was able to discuss the perfect time, amount of days and level of fitness and Natalie tailored everything to me and my lifestyle. The dietician and the physical therapist were an amazing bonus and it helped me reach my goals so much more! Natalie is an amazing, beautiful, encouraging and kind individual! She was there every step of the way with encouraging words and all the help you could need! I have a neurological disorder that I was diagnosed with at the beginning of this year and it takes a lot out of me, but my goal was to get my my body healthy to help fight it and Natalie was in that fight every single day with me! I’ve lost 20 lbs and I’m down a whole size! If I needed her she was there and if I had any questions they were answered! She has become such an amazing trainer and friend and I appreciate her and this amazing program she has put together so much! Natalie is honestly one of the most amazing people I know. Having her as a trainer has improved my self worth by so much as well as my body! She not only takes the time to train your body but also your mind as well. She makes an effort to make sure that we all know that we are worth good things (and to “stop apologizing” about stupid stuff). From the first few sessions of working with her she completely 180d everything I thought I knew about fitness and training. She took the time to teach me the right way how to do lifts and to work with me every time on doing the correct motion with my body to optimize my results. All with a positive attitude and a smile. With her help I have lost about 15lbs! And not only that but I used to wake up with back pain almost everyday and had reoccurring knee pain but Natalie identified my crazy form and gave me the tools to work on it, now both back pain and knee pain are almost completely gone and I can truly say that it was because of her. She is really just a joy to be around and really knows what she’s talking about. She also truly cares about each and ever client. She makes it a priority to build a strong community of women to support each other and be there for all the ups and downs. When I went through one of the worst weeks of my life, Natalie was there for me to pull me back into a routine and to help me through it all. When I met Natalie I had just finished up four years as a student athlete. Unfortunately after numerous sports related injuries (including fractures, a torn hip, and a concussion from being hit by a car while walking on campus) I was not in the shape I had once been in. Being such a competitive athlete for so many years (working out a minimum of 20-25 hours per week) then being forced to put a hold on any activity at all really took a toll on me. I was honestly unmotivated and ready to put my life as an athlete behind me. Since meeting Natalie she has shown me ways to work with where I’m at now so I can be better for the future. I’ve recently moved near VA Beach for a temporary work assignment and I told myself on this assignment, I would focus on my fitness goals. To maximize my time here, I wanted to get started right away. Before choosing anything, I do a ton of research and read through a lot of reviews to compare options and I kept going back to Natalie. I was drawn to the sense of motivation and uplifting spirit that I was feeling just from all I was reading about her and I knew Natalie was the coach/trainer I needed. And I was not wrong!! Natalie is SO passionate about empowering others through their fitness journey and to become a better, stronger version of themselves and it shows! She’s exactly the coach I was looking for. She is experienced with a wealth of knowledge and truly cares about each of her trainee. She is always making sure I have the correct form, which gives me the confidence I need to wholeheartedly perform the workout knowing that I’m working the right muscles and avoiding any injuries. Plus she is very encouraging, sweet, fun, and so personable! Her workouts are challenging and fun. I really look forward to going to her classes. I first found Natalie on Instagram. I looked at her profile and immediately thought "look at this bitch's 6 pack" then thought she must have all her shit together. Which obviously she has most of her shit together to get those abs. But after getting to know her she has the same issues as any girl. She has self doubts and doesn't always believe in herself. However, since working with her over the last 6 months I have noticed a shift in her. She is a badass. She is going to do great things. The mental shift since starting that I have experienced is one that I have noticed in her too. This tells me one thing. The group of women in the nkfitsquad are powerful. One does not have "more shit together" than any others. We all have stuff we are dealing with or going through; but the support we give to each other is huge and I will forever be grateful to them. I took personal training classes with Natalie prior to my wedding and I cannot express how much I enjoyed them.  She personalized all the works out for me and pushed me out of my comfort zone.  She is extremely knowledgeable and her program is really life changing.  She always made me feel comfortable and that I could accomplish anything.  She motivated me during every session and continues to motivate me with her posts.  I cannot say enough wonderful things about her.  You will definitely not be disappointed by having her as a trainer. Before I started training at Natalie Kimball Fitness, I was living in South Texas (just outside of Corpus Christi, TX) and knew I needed to make a change. Living in Texas was probably the hardest 2 years I had ever experienced. I was struggling with living in a remote area, having a negative outlook on just about everything. Dealing with my anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem made it nearly impossible to go to the gym, make friends, and find work. I was at my lowest. After leaving Texas, I wrote down on a piece of paper my personal goals moving to Virginia Beach. At the top of this list was to find a personal trainer to help get me back on track and become fit. My husband actually knew Natalie when we were living in our home state (Washington) through mutual friends. He reached out to her about training me and to set up at Consultation in July 2018. When I met her, I knew right away she would be a great fit! She answered all of my questions thoroughly and had such a positive energy about her!! We went over my fitness goals as well as helping me understand more about nutrition and what my body needs. (*I highly recommend Natalie’s Back to Basics Nutrition Guide to anyone interested learning more about nutrition or wanting to create better eating habits.) As we starting training together more, I noticed small changes in my body. I was so excited! What I didn’t expect was the mental changes as well! My whole outlook on life has completed shifted. I enjoy working out, meeting new people, and starting my day with a smile on my face. Working out with Natalie has completely changed my mindset! I have more self-confidence than I’ve ever had before, understanding what my body needs vs. what my body wants, utilizing proper form and building on that foundation, and having a more positive outlook on life! I’ve been training with Natalie and I think she’s absolutely amazing! When I started training with her in Feb 2017 I had a lot of problems with mobility from a surgery on my foot that was never rehabilitated properly. Natalie took the time and effort to work with me through all those limitations and within 6 months I had almost 100% range of motion back; when my doctor asked me how it got better I told him my personal trainer did his job for him! That’s not the only reason Natalie is amazing; she’s always growing as a person and trainer, always researching and learning ways she can improve so her clients can improve. She’s been able to anticipate needs I didn’t even know I had and I’m now actively working with her to not only look great but also FEEL great, inside and out. In the last six months working with Natalie I have learned so much! I have a much better understanding of the proper foods to eat, when to eat them and how much to eat. I also have learned proper form in different exercises and how to do them. She has been a wonderful support to me on this journey to a better lifestyle. I have lost nearly 20 pounds and anywhere from an inch to several inches around my waist, hips, thighs, calves and arms. It has been an amazing transformation for me. I now feel more confident in my own skin, not to mention much stronger both physically and mentally. When I began the Back to Basics Sugar Rehab diet it was a struggle. I had to give up many things that I was so used to eating and drinking. As the weeks went by I became more used to my new diet. Now it’s been 3 and a half months and it is second nature. While I don’t stick to the diet 100%, it has given me a great guideline on what’s best for my body and health. The majority of my diet is still from the Back to Basics list with some of my favorite “not so good for you” dishes sprinkled in between. Training with Natalie has been a great opportunity for me and my overall well-being. She plans workouts specific for my body type and my goals. I've been training with Natalie for over a year now and she never ceases to amaze me with all the knowledge/tools/resources she provides! I started with her in VA beach but since moving to Florida, I stayed her client as she is literally the absolute BEST! I train with her online now. I have been with other trainers before, but Natalie is the only trainer I truly believe CARES for her clients passionately ! I have learned so much and it's more than just the "quick fix" she absolutely changed my lifestyle!!! I know what to put in my body, how much.... all things that are so essential when you are looking to train. I never really thought nutrition mattered but it changed EVERYTHING for me. I often gave up, but Natalie pushed me to be my absolute best self and pushes me DAILY! She is such a great motivation and has such high energy and spread so much positivity. Hello, I’m a 52 year old woman. I’ve exercised most of my life however not consistently and I thought I was eating pretty clean. But being premenopausal I gained 20lbs and couldn’t get it off! I changed my diet several times and even started running to finish my first 10K at 51. But nope couldn’t drop those 20lbs…… So I started researching PT’s on the web. I did know that a gym wasn’t for me. Also I tried different classes already and it just didn’t motivate me. My occupation causes me to sit most of the day so that didn’t help but not an excuse, I know. I also knew I wanted a woman trainer that would be patient with my bad knees etc. I did want to lean up build muscle but avoid injury is most important. Over all be a healthy body and mind! I was new to the area so didn’t have any good referrals but found Natalie Kimball on thumbtack. I then checked out her webpage. So I decided to meet for a consultation and yes I was bias because she was young. However I’ve had PT in the past and Natalie brought a new perspective for me. She spoke on how posture, balance and core were what we needed to focus on first. Plus I started her BackToBasics nutrition plan. I � her positive, kind and encouraging nature most of all! I started training with her twice a week, along with her nutrition plan. And yes started seeing REAL results in just a few months to reach personal goals. Working out with Natalie has completely changed my life. I know when looking for a way to lose weight or have a healthier lifestyle, you always see those seemingly fake reviews saying how they lost a bunch of weight and it changed their lives. It's always hard to believe, at least for me. I was always looking for a way to help me lose weight and feel better, and I am beyond thankful that I found Natalie because no matter what diet or supplement there is out there, none of them have ever made me look better, feel better, AND become a better person inside and out. Since beginning training with Natalie, I can honestly say I can see improvements daily. Like nearly everyone, I have had my struggles, both physically and mentally. Fortunately, Natalie has the most positive outlook on life, and it's impossible for it to not rub off on her clients, including me. She genuinely cares about her clients and how they are doing. She recognizes that everyone is different mentally and phisically and require different training. Natalie has not only helped me look better, but has made me more conscious about my health and well-being, and I can't wait to see where I'm at in a few months. I never worked out regularly before training with Natalie. I went through brief phases with a personal trainer in the past but could never find a good schedule that worked for both of us. I started working out with Natalie after being diagnosed with MS. I sort of had an epiphany that my health was in my hands, and I needed to be proactive in remaining healthy and keeping my condition at bay. Since working out with Natalie over the past three years I've gotten stronger (than I ever thought I could be) and I just feel overall better. I have more energy and it's even helped things like low back pain that I used to have all the time. I'm the most pleased with my physique than I've ever been. Natalie is not only very knowledgeable with fitness, she's also a great teacher, cheerleader, and friend. She makes working out fun but also helps keep you accountable. I highly recommend her. The Right Choice So, there I was sitting on the couch in my living room unmotivated and exhausted. I was frustrated because I knew I was packing on the pounds and I needed to do something about it. I am a mother and a significant other with a full time job. I worked 60+ hours a week. Between that, regular household duties, and my son's extracurricular activities I already feel a bit overwhelmed at times. I thought "I need a personal trainer to get me motivated." I thought about the time and believed I owed it to myself. I thought about the money and had to remind myself all the hundreds of dollars spent on useless games and items spent on my other half and son and that I was worth the money too. I googled personal trainers, found thumbtack and saw that it would send potential trainers to me. From there I found Natalie and I must say it was an exceptional choice. Initially it was her professionalism and energy that made me believe she was the right choice. Six months and 47 pounds later I have found a coach that is motivating. Her meal plan has gave me a simple but healthy way to eat that transcends to the table at home for better options for my family. She pushes you and escalates your work out to a degree that gets results but doesn't have you limping around in pain. Any questions I have if she knows it she volunteers the information and if she doesn't know she will research it to get you an answer. She has been as passionate about my journey as I have and she doesn't hold punches if I get off the track that gets me results. She is consistent and overall has been the best decision I have made for myself in a long while. I have energy. I make me important and that better me has more to offer to my family and job. Natalie knows how to get you results and keeps you motivated by changing it up. I don't think I ever performed the same exercise twice. Her creativity keeps it exciting! Natalie challenged me with both strength and balance exercises. I saw my muscles grow and used my improved leg strength while mountain climbing. Natalie answered my multitude of questions regarding form, stretching, and nutrition. Her knowledge and fun personality had me looking forward to each workout! More...

I miss my trainer, Natalie. She held me accountable when I tried to talk myself out of a workout that was exactly what I needed. As I continue to struggle with my weight and my health, I keep referring back to the guide lines she gave me. Natalie is amazing in every way, encouragement, accountability, healthy advice, and laughs. Even from afar she still provides me with encouragement and accountability. What would I do without her expertise? There is no one out there that I can feel comfortable with, sharing my fear and my health issues with. She looked up and found accommodations for me, and me alone. Because each of us are individuals and each of us have a unique makeup of sorts...
