I am an ICF certified Career Transition & Productivity Coach helping corporate women overcome entrepreneurial self-doubt, imposter syndrome and limiting beliefs holding them back from productivity and following their passion.
I help you transition with confidence into your own business by overcoming the mental blocks that are holding you back from moving forward, but if a career change is not what you are looking for, I can help you with time management techniques and the creation of structures that will help you increase productivity both at work and in your personal life.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people is my innate passion. Every time I assist my clients tap into their unique potential I feel even more passionate about what I do. As a coach I work alongside my clients to explore and identify any patterns and/or obstacles that are keeping them from their potential, I work with their strengths and abilities and from there together we can move forward and towards what they really want out of life.

Yes, coaching sessions are provided remotely in the form of video calls or over the phone only if client prefers it.
1 : 1 Coaching
60-minute video call coaching session which will include the following.
- Behavioral coaching to help you overcome limiting beliefs and imposter syndrome
- Personalized Prioritizing & Productivity method to get 2x more done in less time
- Business Goal Setting & concrete plan each week to measure progress
- Positive Intelligence Coaching to redirect your focus, gain more insight into yourself, & take control of your thinking + assessment
*3 to 6 sessions will cover all of the above services.
