Not only is the owner family but has slayed my hair twice in Brooklyn. Once for my baby shower and just recently for my daughter's baptism. The professionalism that she displays is the reason why people are starting to whisper Nastahja's Hair Bar. She listens to what you want and if she feels it's not a right fit for you she gives her opinion and makes sure you leave her chair fully satisfied. Nastahja has been one of my go to stylists for years. I am very picky about who I let touch my head and she is one of the 5 that I trust. I can always count on her to make me feel good about myself. From her moms living room, to her living room, to my living room and now to her shop, Nastahja has grown so deeply in her craft. She lives and breathes what she does and it shows in her work. While she grows her business, she makes it a point to bring others along with her and show them the way. The staff at NHB are such a joy to be around and so skilled. Nastahja has worked hard to get where she is and has done due diligence to get amazing team to work under her name. I can always depend on her to make it work for my crazy schedule. Fantastic service , everyone is so friendly and bubbly ! They have lots of snacks & beverages to offer while waiting. It is a little small but it definitely a comfy setting. I always get serviced on time & have no issues with my styling maybe because I'm extr detailed and voice my wants but either way the outcome is always great ! I will definitely keep coming More...

Walked in just before 10am (Friday), for my 10am appointment and Catherine G. was ready and waiting with a warm smile. She sat me right down and got to business.
