Used to like this place.
Grinders are good, but charging us to get our business is insane.
A bunch of us just got whacked $2.
00 each as a "service charge".
There are plenty og good shops in the Waterbury area that don't charge fees.
Sadly, have to say goodbye after many years as a customer.

Costumer service is horrible I called after I got all the way home w my family’s dinner and of course my sandwich was totally wrong the tomatoes were old and dried I asked for light meat and got 1 slice of turkey w a pound of lettuce and nothing I asked for was on it. I was upset but after I spoke w the girl was more upset she had an attitude and I asked her y she had the attitude after I’m the one that paid for the food and didn’t get what I ordered. Never go to the Watertown ave Nardellis they are horrible. I wouldn’t be this upset but this is not the first time they are to busy talking to each other then listening to what ur actually saying. It’s very close to where I live but now have to drive to ANY other Nardellis Bc I NEVER have problems w my food from any other one always at Watertown ave HORRIBLE More...
