Food is terrific! Service is amazing. Staff is outstanding. We have had such a great experience every time we have been. Has been confirmed “real Italian pizza” by an Italian. Picky kids ate it up. Don’t skip the gelato. More...

The BEST! I've been a fan since they opened. Fresh ingredients and wood-fired... simply standing next to the truck and taking in the smell is worth your time.

This food truck is awesome. I ordered my pizza at the window (it was cold and raining) then walked back to my car and waited for them to bring it to my window. It didn't take long at all then I was on my way. I personally think this is the best tasting Pizza in Carrboro/Chapel Hill. I got the applewood bacon and garlic. They've got a wood fired oven in the truck too! How cool is that? More...

I had read about this truck a while ago and even considered trekking to Carrboro to try the pie. I was excited to see them coming to our building (BB&T). I had the 4 Seasons; they were out of artichokes, so we substituted roasted red peppers. The pie was very good; the cheese was delicious, the ham, olives and peppers were in perfect proportion, and the crust was spot on. It also heated up nicely in the toaster oven later that night. My only 2 complaints were that the wait was long, almost 30 minutes, partly due to a large order placed before me. I was 3rd in line. The pizzas only take 2 minutes to cook in the 900 degree oven. They may have still been setting up too, while taking orders. The 2nd thing was the strong smell of kerosene, used to get the oven to such a high temp. It was probably stronger in our location then it wold be out in the open because of where the trucks park here, it is in kinduva bowl, surrounded by buildings on 3 sides. Standing around smelling that for 20-30 min didn't do much for my appetite. None of this should discourage anyone from trying these pizzas with delicious ingredients. Its obvious these guys take great pride in their pies. MMMPizza More...

I love Napoli's pizzas and I'm probably here at least once every two weeks. The magherita is a classic but I also highly recommend that adventurous folks try the apricot (it will blow your mind and is totally worth it). There are a lot of great places to eat in Carrboro/Chapel Hill/Durham, but two small things, in addition to the food being great here, that make me especially likely to come back to Napoli: they pay an Orange County living wage and they participate in fundraisers for local organizations like TABLE, the Student Health Action Coalition, etc. that provide for folks in need in our community. Amazing pizza AND wonderful community partners? Y'all, seriously- try Napoli if you haven't. You won't be disappointed. More...

The Mediterranean I got was so yummy and they provided stellar customer service. I was eating my pizza in the car and the sweet pizza guy came and asked if I wanted a cup of water and then brought it to me. I was not expecting that! Such a treat to get such service! More...

I love this place. They help make Carrboro the pizza capital of the Triangle for those who are serious about their pizza. The 900° oven gets in done, ingredients are top notch, the gelato is homemade and amazing and it’s the best place to dine al fresco . I’ve been walking here 3-4 times a month. More...
