I live in the neighborhood and stayed at NBR for two nights on a gift certificate I won at a charity event. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very attentive and the facilities are great. There is one pool right next to the hotel, along with a cafe and separate bar/restaurant. There are also several shops on the premises, though I'm not sure that many are actually the kind that a tourist would typically visit. The other pools, spa, fitness center and bar/grill are located at the Club at Naples Bay Resort, which is a short walk or golf cart shuttle ride away in a condo development that is part of the resort. The club is excellently outfitted and the food at the Bluewater Grill there is very good. The restaurant and bar at the main restaurant, 1500 South are very quiet and the food is very good. There is also a Bonefish Grill at the other end of the hotel, and the resort is in easy walking distance of downtown Naples (the resort also has a free shuttle that will take you there, and there is a free electric car shuttle service called Slider that also will come to NBR and pick you up.||The only downside to NBR is that it is pricey. The rooms cost more than other hotels in the area (though they ARE very nice and you DO get all of the amenities), and the restaurants are not cheap. That is the only thing that kept me from giving the place a 5. But if you get past the cost, Napples Bay Resort is a fantastic place to stay!!! More...

A great place to stay, good value very clean. We love it a little out of town but they do have a shuttle bus but we like walking so no problem plus as you walk you pass Tin City , restaurants etc. The water shuttle boat stops at the resort we go to the last stop " The Dock" restaurant a great place.||Overall we love the place we like privacy no fuss we can park are own car and walk to our suite.|| More...

We really enjoyed the resort and room was beautiful. We had a roomy king suite, which had a nice sitting area, kitchen and balcony, with 2 bathroom areas. It was very peaceful sitting out on the balcony. Pool area was fantastic, but not directly connected to the resort. Recommend taking the shuttle as the traffic can be very congested depending on the time of day. Concierge and front desk were very helpful - went with their recommendations for a tour of the Everglades and a nature walk and were very satisfied! 1500 Restaurant food/service were 'ok' but ambiance was very, very nice. Love Love this hotel. We stayed the week of 11/20/19. We were greeted and checked in with a glass of champagne. The doorman/valet guys were so great, giving us great advice and directions to Clam Pass Beach, we had an awesome day at a beautiful beach. The front desk and management were exceptional, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, cozy and quiet with a fabulous romantic view of the Marina and sunsets on the balcony with a glass of wine. The bathroom was huge, but needed more hooks and a shelf in the shower, otherwise it was great. We walked downtown every day for breakfast and dinner. and also walked to Naples Pier to watch the sunset. We love to walk and this hotel was perfect in all directions. We also walked the opposite way and had an authentic Mexican dinner and stopped in at a fabulous grocery store; Oakes Farms Market.We ate twice at the Bone Fish Grill at Naples Bay Resort- Fabulous. The grounds are wonderful, walking around and checking out all the boats. We walked to the pool/ lazy river and had lunch and drinks, the menu was delicious and service was great. We met friends at Celebration Park (a must), visited the Botanical Gardens and took a sunset cruise booked through Naples Princess- excellent dinner and cruise! Kayaked at Marco Island. We walked to the dog park for fun and found a gem, wonderful walking paths, exercise equipment, the park is beautiful and breathtaking- definitely worth a visit!. We had a fun filled 8 days. We will return and Naples Bay Resort will definitely be our 'Go-To' Our first but not our last stay. More...

The Property was lovely and beautiful. The Staff were fantastic, from the Front Desk; Julia to Poolside; Barbara and Rafael to Vukasin, Tatiana and Katrina at 1500 South Restaurant. The Poolside complementary Cold Face Cloths, Chilled Watermelon Skewers and warm Chocolate Chip Cookies offered was a very unexpected treat! The Poolside Dining Menu was delicious as well. From the moment you are greeted at the Front door by Valet everyone was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and kind. We were upgrade to a very comfortable 2 bedroom Suite which was literally a 2 bedroom Apartment with every amenity. The grounds are well kept and the on site Restaurant 1500 South's Menu offered was exceptional. I only noticed a few very minor details over looked but nothing to deter from a relaxing and wonderful stay. They offer Shuttles to the Pier for Sunset watching, shopping in the downtown area which is literally a 15 minute walk as well as bicycle rentals. We had a comfortable stay at Naples Bay Resort. we did not venture over to the Naples Bay Club for the pool amenities. The resort consists of two completely separate with about 7 minutes walk from each other. It’s clear that they were two different resorts. My wife and I visit Naples normally 3 times a year and Naples Bay Resort is our accommodation of choice.||The staff across the board are extremely helpful whilst all levels of management are available & accessible at all times. ||The suites onto the waterway and marina offer great aspects from the balconies whilst maintaining a good level of privacy.||All in all this is a great resort, particularly if you are minded to retain a degree of respite from the hustle and bustle of 5th Avenue & 3rd Street.||That said all aspects of Downtown Naples is within walking distance or, as an alternative, via the complimentary resort shuttle bus.||We have just returned from a stay and have already booked our next 2 trips More...
