We planned a visit with our children who live on the west coast for a Napa wine tasting trip. Marcus & Darlene were so helpful setting up the winery's to visit (we were novice wine tasters). Our concerns of the fires in CA were put to ease, we talked to and emailed about our itinerary. Rudy was our driver, he came as scheduled to the VRBO home we rented, and started our adventure from the moment he arrived! All of our children had as much fun as we did! We couldn't have asked for a better day! The car/SUV was beautiful. We learned so much about the area. Rudy was instrumental in our overall experiences. Just got home from the most unbelievable trip to Napa and can not say enough amazing things about Napa Valley chauffeur! From planning the trip Marcus and Darlene helped every step of the way! I sent them some wineries I wanted to go to and was open to some of their suggestions. Well.. they did not disappoint!! Every winery they suggested was wonderful! We were drinking wine in caves and tasting straight from the barrels. They created the best itinerary and made all of the appointments for us! Now about our driver Kevin. I never thought a driver could have so much impact on a trip. He made the trip for us. He was personable, funny and so knowledgeable about Napa. Our group of 5 just returned from our trip to Napa and we really enjoyed having Marcus us drive us around for the week. A few weeks ahead of time, I spoke with him and his wife about our preferences for tastings, tours, etc. I appreciated their advice - we picked out 7 of the 9 and were very happy with the two he suggested for us to round out the trip. Spent last weekend in Sonoma, and Marcus was really fantastic. He helped me find a winery to fill out my schedule, he was prepared enough to check out the parking around my house in SF beforehand, and he generally brought a great mood to our wine tour. We rode on a sprinter limo, and it was in great shape. The interior all looked new, and the sound system was great and easy to connect to one of our iPhones. We secured the services of Napa Valley Chauffeur for wine tasting during a weekend celebration of my wife's 50th birthday and I could not have made a better choice. Marcus and Darlene were excellent during the planning stages and were generous with their time when I had questions. Our driver was Kevin and he was excellent. Safe, knowledgeable, professional, attentive, courteous and (bonus points) he had a great sense of humor. I enjoyed talking to him throughout the day and comparing notes on our common stomping grounds/experiences in the Napa Valley over the years.I very much enjoyed one of the wineries chosen (Italics) and it offered a top-shelf experience. I'd place it as one of my Top 5, and I've done a LOT of tastings over the past 40 years. After tasting through a flight of 6 of their wines, I walked out with a bunch even though my cellar is already overflowing. The other winery didn't seem prepared for us even though our reservation was made nearly two months in advance. We ended up sitting outside in 100+ heat for the first 20 minutes and it ruined the tasting. Making matters worse, their wines were mediocre at best. I was not impressed with their wine and chocolate pairing; seemed like a gimmick.In sum: NVC offered the best value and its pricing was simple and clear. I got jerked around by a couple of other services when I was soliciting bids; didn't suffer any of that from NVC. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for wine country tours or tastings. Napa Valley Chauffeur was phenomenal - they were kind enough to take an unusual job driving our wedding guests between the venue and after party on a Saturday night. The entire experience from start to finish was top-notch, from discussing my options with Marcus to booking the job with his wife and partner to having the friendly and professional driver with us the night of the event. We were grateful to have them take care of us and the limo was super cool inside, too, making it social and fun while between locations! Don't go to Napa without hiring Marcus!! Planning a trip to Napa for my mother, her 3 sisters, my two sisters, my niece, and I seemed daunting! However, I was determined to make it memorable. My sister & I sat down to start figuring out how to plan this trip. Within minutes, we were on the phone with friends that had made the trip to get advice. The best advice we got was Marcus & Napa Valley Chauffeur!! Marcus was informative, patient with 1000 questions, funny, extremely safe, on time, & more! He asked what we wanted to do in Napa, & then planned the rest! He provided transportation to & from the airport, took us to all wineries, took us to dinner, figured out lunch each day, was flexible, recommended incredible wineries & restaurants, told us what time to be where, etc. He took all the guess work out of the trip & we had nothing to do but have fun! There is not one negative thing I could say if I tried!! His vehicle was pristine, his wife Darlene was sweet & professional, he called me several times before the trip to confirm or ask questions...it was an overall amazing experience! I loved our trip to Napa and our day with Napa Valley Chauffeur. Rudy was our driver and treated my family and I like old friends. His professional demeanor and knowledge of the area was very appreciated. The SUV was clean, comfortable and what a surprise at the end of the trip with the lovely gift he shared!I enjoyed talking with Marcus and his wife in setting up our trip and our favorite winery was one he suggested. By far my favorite driver service in Napa. My wife and I went for a trip with two friends. We had been working on our tasting schedule and decided to get a driver. After reaching out to Marcus (found his company through a Google search) I learned that he and his team were more than happy to handle the schedule logistics. I gave them what I had and they fine tuned it - confirming appointments, moving appts around to factor in drive time (to have it make more sense) and had some great suggestions on new vineyards we had never had. Marcus even kept us on schedule and when we would be late he would call ahead to make adjustments.Marcus is a great guy and really made the trip even more fun - which isn't something I really expected. He really spoiled us and was worth every penny. Next trip I might have him take us to new locations (Sonoma, etc.) and let him navigate our adventure. More...

To celebrate my best friend's 30th birthday, Marcus planned the most incredible day of wine tasting for nine of us. He was so helpful and easy to reach during the planning process -- and just so genuine and nice. Our driver for the day, Kevin, was the perfect combination of hospitable, sweet and fun. And flexible. We added on a fifth winery late in the day and he called our winery of choice and made it happen. And it was also his birthday! I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about both Marcus and Kevin. We had the pleasure of using Napa Valley Chauffeur back in May, and I'm so glad we did. Darlene was our driver for the day, so I didn't get the chance to meet Marcus in person, but I did correspond with him prior to the trip and he was extremely helpful and went above and beyond my expectations. For example, I sent him our tasting itinerary a few days prior to our trip, and he drove the entire route ahead of time to make sure we had plenty of time between each tasting. As visitors who were unfamiliar to the area, this was very helpful in planning our trip. The whole experience was seamless and it was no nice to have the convenience of a driver while wine tasting.
