All I can say is WOW - This has been a life changing experience. I have been vaping for quite some time, and it got to a point where I was doing this everywhere, even in my sleep, as I would wake up with my vape pen in hand. Im so glad I came across Nancy and gave it a try. For an affordable price, I got something priceless, a habit I havent been able to kick for a very long time. Its been a solid week, and although the cravings rarely come back - I have simple strategies and tools given in treatment, on how to combat them. It doesn't take long before hours would go by, and then I'd realize Im doing just fine without it. Although its only been 1 week, the desire to vape or smoke is diminishing each day. Before my first session she had me keep track of what I ate in one week. That was very helpful. Her observations and treatments sre effective. I recommend her.
