What do you love most about your job?
I love to constantly learn and evolve with business. Each challenge is a unique opportunity to solve issues that no one else can. I believe in being totally and sometimes brutally honest with anyone I interact with and this job allows me to do that and be helpful. I get a sense of joy by being able to assist others to realize their personal and business dreams. To see those dreams come to fruition, gives me a feeling of fulfillment that I was able to help them accomplish that in a small way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was working as a mechanic and decided I needed to make a change. I decided that I would stop saying no to opportunities just because they were uncomfortable or something I didn't have a ton of knowledge in. I learned that I had an ability to understand people and lead them as a manager however I did not fit into the typical corporate world. I started this business and have never looked back.

I have spend my entire life working hard and long hours as a mechanic. I understand that just because the hours on the door say 8am to 5pm that the work doesn't end there. Most people don't see the long nights and weekends away from family and fun that it takes to make a business successful and I want to be the person to assist you with making that time away from the real reason you are working to a minimum. I want to show you a path back to your family and passions while still having a successful business.
