Nadia, Zach and the entire family are amazing. The specific attention to detail and their ability to ensure the food meets the intent of your wedding vision is just amazing. They went beyond just the food for me. They personally interacted with the venue to make sure the table set-up was perfectly in tuned with our high-end party feeling. Had an opportunity to literally sample some of Nadi's plates at an event. She mades the dough from scratch for the calzones. Sorry, eat them before I remembered to take a picture . The chicken skewers were flavorful as were the goat cheese mini toasts. Yes I am sure there is a fancier name but I was to busy enjoying the goat cheese and fig spread to remember. Nadia Plates was incredible at my son and his fiancés wedding. They went the extra mile with incredible food by adding little extra touches. Far beyond regular wedding food. Lots of flavor and beautifully plated. They worked with the couple to create a delicious menu. Besides the great meal they are an incredible team of lovey people.
