The way that Mia personalizes my sessions, based on my interests & unique traits, is truly as if she has known me much longer than the few sessions we have had. Mia is such an amazing counselor that she is able to dive deep & pick up on things that I had not even remembered to talk about yet, which shows how invested she is in truly understanding me, and helping to improve my life. Mia also is so respectful in regards to making it clear that she is providing tools that are up to me to use how I choose. Seeing Mia has truly changed my life, & I recommend her to anyone seeking counseling, as she has taught me things I really had no clue existed. My name is Manuel, I come from Austria and I looked for a psychotherapist on the internet because it is easier in Corona times. Mia has now become my mentor. Once a week we have a Zoom talk where I ask a few questions that she explains in more detail. With her support I found new perspectives and understood the human psyche better. As I am an introvert, it was a bit of an effort to book the Zoom meeting at the beginning, since my mother language ist not English, but I haven't regretted it. I have a broad range of approaches form Neuroscience and Psychology to Coaching, including Mentoring and consulting. I have an in-depth understanding of how the brain and emotions work, but also understand the political sensitivities of the corporate world and have resources and strategies to navigate and thrive professionally.
