I do have an office space. However, due to Covid-19 all clients are being seen via the zoom and phone call at this time.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The safety and well-being of our clients at Myelinated Solutions is of great importance. We want to take a moment to share how we are addressing the concerns of COVID-19 now that our business is open. Sessions are being held primarily online. However, in-office sessions are being arranged weeks in advance. We are increasing sanitation and disinfecting routines with extra focus on high-touch and high-traffic areas. We are following the customer limit as directed by the State of Rhode Island.
It will be mandatory that clients and staff wear a facemask at all times inside the office. Bring your own or be prepared to purchase one from us at the door. Temperatures of staff will be taken prior to meeting with clients. Hand sanitizer will be available for use. Credit or debit cards will be accepted, no cash. We will be reminding clients to maintain a safe distance of 6 feet apart.
