I’ve worked with a variety of clients throughout my nursing career to help empower them to take charge of their life's situation and achieve some of their health goals. I like to see people experience the breakthroughs that seem to be so out of reach. I have found that the same principles apply, whether you are looking to control a chronic illness, find that perfect job, manage your time better or get out of financial debt. Sometimes all we need is a little help to develop a plan, some encouragement, and a lot of accountability.

I believe each individual is responsible for their own health and welcome you to wear a mask and safe distance. I observe common sense precautions, good hand hygiene and sanitation. If I were to be ill on the day of our appointment I would reschedule so as not to spread any illness.
