There is a new Coon Rapids Minnesota location that is going to be opening any day now. I came across it as I was driving past it off of Coon Rapids Boulevard and Round Lake Boulevard. So I stopped in to check the place out and even though they're not officially open yet the staff that was there setting up was extremely excited and up beat it just seemed like a great place and environment, the staff were extremely helpful and they made you feel like you're at home as soon as you walk in the door even they were not open yet to start taking clients. Jeremiah Bormes and Shelly Houser are a son and mother team that founded and opened the Coon Rapids location in January of 2018. With Jeremiah’s passion for fitness and Shelly’s love for adult education, they complement one another perfectly. Jeremiah holds certifications for personal training, group fitness instructing, and weight management instructing from the American Council on Exercise. Shelly is a certified group fitness instructor, accredited senior fitness specialist, published author, and holds a Master’s degree in Education.

Yes. We offer virtual options for classes via Zoom and Personal Training Workouts and Meal Plans via an app on your phone, customized just for you.

COVID Protocols in place:
* Private or semi-private (same household) sessions with personal trainer, by appointment only
* Clients are asked to reschedule if not feeling well - no cost to reschedule
* Health Screening questions and Temperate Check conducted upon entry
* Masks are required and worn by clients and staff
* 12 feet social distance while exercising, 6 feet social distance maintained in other areas
* Hand sanitizing before and after workouts
* Staff disinfects every touched surface between clients
