I went to this place last Saturday, Because i have a friend, who needed to do his taxes and I called the day before to try to make an appointment for the next week, but I was lucky and got one for the next day, this place have a great customer service, the people in this office is very friendly and the environment es very nice. There is a coffee machine, cookies, water.The person who did the taxes to my friend was very professional and helpful the waiting time was not bad at all, the office got crowded but they manage to take care of everyone, definitely I recommend this place and next time I going to do my taxes in this office. Fredy Marin & Associates have been doing my taxes during the last 4 years, I always send them my w2 and they take care of everything, but the best thing is that they always have time to explain and advise you. I really recommend them.
