I ordered flowers online for a Funeral. These events are typically last minute and there is always the concern that the delivery may be late or the flowers not suitable. In this case, I called the florist to verify. I was treated professionally and was walked through the online order and flower arrangements. When I placed the order, I received confirmation. Mwah flowers are located not far away from my home, so got a chance to make an order in person. I was treated extremely well, and even got a chance to talk to the florist Lisa, who made the bouquets. Wow, amazing service. Had the unfortunate unexpected passing of a loved one and would be coming from Canada to attend the services. I googled “best florist in Brooklyn” and Mwah caught my attention with their rating. We stayed in contact through phone calls as what I wanted was a custom order and not on the website. He was patient and attentive with me during this hard time and rushed a special order to accommodate my loved ones home coming. Was even in contact with the designer over the phone and she was also so professional and sympathetic and knew exactly what I wanted and delivered it beautifully! They stayed in contact afterwards via text to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Even captured a snap shot for me. So, I called & Lisa answered & helped me out - big time. She offered a few options for a large wreath going to our coworker's family for a death in their family. If you are going to process orders to be delivered during business hours, you should realize that most business close up shop between 5-6PM. How rude of you to expect someone to wait at their job until 7-8PM (or whenever you might actually show up, since you were unable to even say when it might be) for a delivery that should have been made by 6PM at the latest. Florist fail in the biggest way here. I certainly wouldn't suggest anyone count on you for any floral deliveries. Shame on you. More...

Receiving fresh cut flowers, cutting, hydrating, sizing, altering, and placement of flower arrangements for Centerpieces, Bridal Bouquets, Reception Flowers, Ceremony Flowers, Corsages, Boutonnieres, and Cake Flowers.
We inspect all items for quality.
The final process involves clear wrap packaging of all flower arrangements for same day delivery, with instructions for card messages as requested.
