15 mins prior to initial appointment he calls to tell us that all care takers of the dog should be present. it is 2pm on a tuesday and my wife and I work, my kids are in school. I explained to him we have about 30 mins open to introduce but need to work. he became agitated and started yelling. after a heated argument i asked for a full refund and he refused. i demanded my money back and he again refused and began yelling. i hung up and he then left a message stating "good luck with your dog, you don't deserve one." Daniel was fantastic with my 2 pups! He was always accessible, we had trainings in person and online. As well as, many phone conversations and text messages.
He only charged me for the session even though he easily spent an extra few hours helping me and never even mentioned a word.
My pups like to bark to say the least and he was able to teach me how work with them when they feed off each other and start barking their heads off. I would recommend Daniel as much as one could. The best part, besides his patience with my dogs, was the fact that he explained why this way going on from a behavioral perspective and was able to give insight that non-canine behaviorist trainers did not give when we asked for their help. That I get to help the dogs that need it the most or help sett up a dog and it's parent for success in their lives together.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted to start my own business but wanted to wait to the time was right and that time is now. I got into working with dogs because of my first dog and his issues. I started my own business as I feel I have experience, education, and drive to help as many dogs as possible in as many ways as possible, outside of becoming a veterinarian of course :)

I should be chosen as I am patient, knowledgeable and a good teacher. My job is the empower you with the information that is going to allow to train and connect with your dog the best. I am flexible and openminded which allows me to think of creative ideas of how to work with dogs and their parents that will allow their relationship to flourish.
I am passionate and dedicated to dogs and them having the best lives possible and I bring that to every dog I work no matter the situation and circumstances.

Yes, absolutely. That is why I am actually on Bark, to help pups and their parents remotely.
I have the set up the process of signing up to be as easy and as strait forward possible. Taking less 5 mins to complete!
By the completion of signing up for a program or session you will have taken care of everything needed including payment, scheduling of our first session together, receiving a Zoom link to our session, supplying any supporting and relevant information that I should know about, and all important information of how to prepare for our time together.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The biggest change for me is working online. I still work in person with dogs and take all precautions up to and including being vaccinated. Please note, I mention this in a non political way. For me, to help the most dogs, I need to be vaccinated, so I am. It's about supporting the dogs and their parents for me, nothing more.

You can have the opportunity to get answers to every question you have ever had about dogs from a certified Canine Behaviorist. While putting together and understanding all the research you've done up until now, and how it fits into your relationship with your puppy.
I'm more than aware of the unavoidable fall into the worm hole that is the conflicting information on the internet about dogs and I want to make sure you do not have one single worry, doubt, or concern moving forward. All packages include basic obedience training, puppy tips, guidance and support. From a passionate, experienced, knowledgeable, positive reinforcement based dog trainer and canine behaviorist.
With the Essentials Puppy Packages you have the opportunity to gain knowledge and awareness, with learning how to use each as tools to help you and your little one get off the to best start possible! While setting yourselves up for future success in as many aspects of your life together as possible.
Manners Training - Basic Obedience
For Beginner level pups, we will go over the fundamentals of basic obedience training including: Sit, stay, leave It, drop it, walking, focus, touch, come when called (recall), leave it on the walk, paw, and any small issues you may be having with your pup!
For Intermediate level pups, we will put in the three D's of dog training: distance, duration, and distraction to elements such as sit, stay, and come when called. . As well as, going over things such as heel, place, and much more.
You have the chance to combine these levels together. As well as the option, to have a special session dedicated around your questions or concerns that may have about your dog or dogs in general.
All programs come with dog tips and ways to work with your dog in the best ways possible!
Specialty Trainings
Ask A Certified Canine Behavior Specialist - One session dedicated to anything dog related that you may have questions or concerns about. Along with having peace of mind that you have touched on anything that you were thinking about, I will provide tips and knowledge that will help in your relationship with your pup.
Dog Behavior 101 For Humans - One session dedicated to dog behavior and how it's understanding will allow you to be the best dog parent that can be for your dog. You will be empowered to understand what your dog is 'saying," which will allow to respond properly, which in turn only helps the bonds of trust and loyalty grow.
*One or Both Programs Can Be Combined With Basic Obedience Package or Can Be Done Individually.
Behavior Modification
Everyday I work with dogs with a myriad of issues ranging from aggression to fearfulness and everything in between. I am happy to work with any pup with any issue! Regrettably, working remotely, does bring it’s challenges and limitations. Those limitations mean that I am unable to work with certain issues because I truly believe it is not proper arena to help you and your dog. This does include aggression, resource guarding, getting along with other dogs and a few others. But this does not mean I can not help in many ways if you are experiencing these issues. On the other hand, issues such as separation anxiety and shadow chasing are great to deal with remotely.
No matter the issue that you are facing, only after having a chance to speak and go over what is happening, will I be able to determine if working remotely is best path to move forward for you.
If it is something we can do together, great! We will find a time to start working. If not, we can schedule one session where we will develop a plan together of how to move forward in best way possible. This plan will include how to manage the issue in the short term, while we find you a canine professional in your area that can help you with the long term. I will be there to be you and your pup’s best advocate. After we find the proper professionals, I will contact them directly to make sure they are the right trainer/behaviorist for you and your needs.
Instead of trying to navigate the unregulated dog training industry alone, I will be there to guide you so we can get you and your pup the proper help without the worry of squandering energy, money, and most importantly time, in getting the issue under control as best and quickly as possible.
