We are a smaller, more intimate studio in Huntington Beach offering piano, voice, accordion, guitar and ukulele. Our teachers are conservatory trained and focus on playing with good form/technique to avoid overuse injuries many musicians suffer from.

I went to MusicPaige studio looking to broaden my horizons musically, with one main interest being guitar. I brought my acoustic guitar and was setup with Aerek as my teacher. A few months later and my experience has been wonderful. We've been working on classical guitar, though that doesn't speak at all for Aerek's pool of guitar knowledge. From classical, to rock, to metal, to pop he has more than a footing to teach from basics to beyond. He's an incredible teacher with an innate kindness and an adept ability to make progress. He even stayed in touch with me constantly as I was purchasing my first classical guitar to ensure I was making the right decision for my skill, goals, and budget. 2 years ago I had ankle injury that forced myself to find an alternative hobby. So I bought my first acoustic guitar right after the injury and have never looked back, I immediately fell in love with guitar. .. Â I picked up some youtube lessons here and there, did private lessons with 2 other studios- but nothing compares to Carlos Bolivar at Paige studios.Carlos has a passion and love for teaching music that is undeniable from the first lesson I took. He has an ability to break a song down and play at my pace until each piece is complete and perfect. I have really enjoyed learning music/ guitar with Carlos. I would highly recommend anyone who's interested in beginning guitar to use Carlos... I wish I would have started with him 2 years ago, it would have saved me a lot of time and money with other teachers. More...
