Where does the chiro go when he/she has a back ache? Last night as I walked my daughters into the house, I suddenly got severe low back pain. I was panicked. I’m a chiropractor and need to be strong, nimble, and flexible to do my job. My patients depend on me to be my best and they were going to be there in the morning no matter how I felt. I got a hold of Dr. Jeff and he was super accommodating. I got in to MMT quickly this morning and left feeling significantly better. I’m able to work today thanks to Jeff. This place does an outstanding job with their Phys Ed workout classes. I was looking for a new place to work out after having tried Crossfit and snapped my bicep tendon while trying to do a maneuver that I just shouldn’t have been doing. Anyhow, 2 surgeries later I looked around for gyms that were focused on classes versus a basic gym with weights and machines or a Crossfit gym. This place is one in it’s own and I love it. It is ran by a couple of chiropractors & a massage therapist, not personal trainers or sales people. They come up with different workouts every day that are focused on form, balance, coordination, & every muscle group imaginable. I am 43 years old and I feel great, sleep well, have toned up & lost some weight since going to these classes consistently. Jeff, & Peter are really good dudes running a great program! More...

I was told several years ago my shoulder's would never heal and I'd have to live with them in pain for the rest of my life to come because they tissue between my shoulder blade and rib cage were permanently inflamed. (this was all told by a shoulder surgeon who had me overdose on alieve for a month straight) So I figured I'd stop by and see if there any hope for me. I met Doctor Jake and Jeff/Peter, Jake treated me this visit, he did an incredible adjustment for my neck and shoulders and they instantly felt better, he also ran me through some exercises I never heard of before or seen to help readjust my shoulders and by the end of the session they already felt like feathers and brand new. It was so weird not to have them in screeching pain for a moment in my life. Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!! Great team at MMT to keep your body moving at its best! Been seeing Dr. Sergent for years to keep things aligned, but the best is the hands on strength training / corrective exercises he does with you to keep those aches and pains from coming back again. Great for athletes!
