I received two dozen long stem white roses for my birthday on 30 January 2020. My son that lives in Palm Springs ordered themFrom VIP florist after reviewing multiple floral sites on yelp. I am so glad that he chose this florist for my 78th birthday. This bouquet is by far the most stunning  and fresh Flower bouquet I have ever received. Worth every penny! When purchasing flowers online, you're pretty much relying on a stranger to satisfy your special someone. This can be really risky, especially when you don't know how the outcome will be. Thankfully Annette and her team nailed it with a sledge hammer! They were able to gather all the info they needed over the phone to make the perfect arrangement. Awesome customer service! I ordered some flowers for my wife to be delivered on her birthday. Well the flowers  were delivered a couple of days too early. Boy was that a surprise But not to worry! They not only said they would deliver more on the right day the flowers were more beautiful than the original order!! I paid almost $100 for the first order I could only imagine what the new ones would have set me back!! Thanks for the mistake! That's what I call great custom service. Thank you for the new order and the upgrade. That was very nice.I will certainly be ordering more in the future.That's it for this review because mine are usually all about our food adventure!! Hands down the most efficient and customer service oriented florist shop I’ve ordered from. We were awaiting exciting news for whether we were having a boy or girl yesterday, wanting to place the order the day before Mother’s Day with the news so to make it a surprise announcement as well. Just beautiful arrangements every time. Every occasion I have had them do a bouquet, arrangement or any of my floral needs they come through every time. Customer service is outstanding. Called in late, hoping to pick up a corsage for my sons homecoming... we were literally on our way out the door! She made a custom corsage based on the color of the dress of my son’s date.
